CGNAT and account bans?

I've recently switched to a new ISP, which I found out uses CGNAT. Please forgive me as I'm a complete noob and don't really know anything about how networks work. From my understanding, this essentially means I'm sharing the same IP address with many other people.

I sell on websites such as eBay where I do my best to keep my account in good health. Now, let's say someone else under the same IP is doing shady things and gets their account banned. Would I be correct in assuming they'd automatically ban me too?Maybe I'm completely clueless how it works but I'd appreciate if someone chimed in. TIA.
