What can I do about these power lines

Hey everyone! So I bought this home last year near the end of summer. We decided to not worry about backyard stuff until this year. As we were maping out an outdoor kitchen space, what we are gonna do with the chained fence, ect we looked at this back wall! This looks like a hot mess if you ask me and I feel like no matter what work we put into the back yard this will keep staring back at us.

Is there anyway I can hide these or at least make it more Presentable.
