What Do You Consider the "Appeal" of Hololive?

I've been a long time fan personally, so this is really just a thought "experiment", you could say. If you were to introduce someone who has never even heard of VTubers to something like Hololive, what would you consider to be the appeal of it?

Personally, what drew me into Hololive is the chemistry that our favorite comedians have; how they feel more like a massive friend group instead of employees working a job. But I'd like to hear everyone else's opinions on the matter 😌
