Brightness still dim even after turning it all the way up.

This started about 2 days ago. TV was bought in 2021. It used to be as bright as the laptop but suddenly went dim. I checked the backlight with a flashlight and I can’t find anything wrong with it. I’ve messed with the settings, updated and even tried to factory reset. It’s driving me crazy HELP
