Post surgery agony

anyone else since surgery had extreme pain? I had a hip arthroscopy March 2023, had pain ever since that’s just gotten worse, went for a X-ray as advised and they found extra a bone growing where it shouldn’t…now waiting to see the orthopaedic team to find out what they can do as it feels sharp and digs in. Anyone else had similar experience to this?!?
