Dear Directors,
We are about to meet in the official launch at last! As you embark on the wonderful journey today, we summarized some frequently asked questions to help you better prepared for your stay on Planet Eruthyll. You are also welcome to leave your questions and suggestions to help make the game better.
FAQ:
1. When will the game launch officially?
A: The game will launch officially on April 6th, 2023 at 11:00 (GMT+8), and pre-download will be available on April 4th, 2023 at 11:00 (GMT+8).
2. Where can I download the game?
A: Players could type in the links below to start downloading: Google Play:

3. How do I log in to the game?
A: You can log in with Google account, Apple ID, or registered email account. For stability concern, login as guest will not be available at the moment.
4. What are the device requirements for running Higan: Eruthyll?
① For Android Device
Minimum requirements:
Android system version 7.0 and above;
At least 2 GB RAM;
Arm processor: Helio P35/Helio P22/Snapdragon 625/Exynos 7884;
Recommended requirements:
At least 8 GB RAM;
Arm processor: Kirin 9000/Snapdragon 888/Dimensity 9000;
② For Apple Device
Minimum requirements: iPhone8/iPad 5/iPad mini 4/iPad Air 2/iPad Pro 1;
Recommended requirements: iPhone12/iPad 10/iPad mini 6/iPad Air 5/iPad Pro 5, and above;
③ Storage space:
At least 4 GB.
5. Which server should I choose?
A: N.A. server time will be GMT-8, and APAC server time will be GMT+8. To get a better experience, we suggest you choose the server closer to your location. Players on Android and iOS device can experience the game in the same server.
6. What language does the game support right now?
A: Higan: Eruthyll now supports English and Chinese as in-game text, English and Japanese as character voice.
You can switch the language of in-game text and character voice in Settings.
7. How does Top-up rebate work?
-When is the Top-up Rebate period?
You can enjoy Top-up rebate for Vanguard server from February 23rd at 10:50 to March 31st at 23:59 (GMT+8). There will be no rebate for topping up outside of this period in Vanguard server.
-In which Servers can I get Top-up Rebate?
Players who topped up within the abovementioned period in Vanguard server can claim [Genesis Dubriostals] via in-game mail within 30 days after the game launches officially. The rebate only goes to two Official Launch servers.
If you fail to get the rebate mail 2 hours after the account is created, please contact customer service for help.

-I topped up in both Limited Beta and the Soft Launch, how does the rebate work in Official Launch?
Once the game launches officially, players who topped up during the previous Limited Beta and the Soft Launch will receive different rebates based on the spending combined.
For details, see the below list (in USD):
0＜the total amount ≤15, the rebate percentage: 300%;
15＜the total amount ≤75, the rebate percentage: 250%;
75＜the total amount ≤180, the rebate percentage: 200%;
180＜the total amount ≤300, the rebate percentage: 150%;
300＜the total amount ≤800, the rebate percentage: 120%;
800＜the total amount, the rebate percentage: 100%.
-I topped up for different accounts during the Limited Beta and the Soft Launch, how does my rebate work?
Players who topped up during the previous Limited Beta and this Soft Launch must log in with the [same registered account] within [30 days] in official launch servers to claim their rebates via mail.
If you topped up for different accounts, when the game launches officially, we will send rebates to those accounts in accordance with the separate amounts spent.
Apologies to those affected by the rebate bug during the Soft Launch, who had to create separate accounts. We will rebate to your new account accordingly, and make sure such incident never happens again.
8. What's next for Vanguard Server?
-Do I have to update the game when it launches officially? Can new players enter Vanguard server still?
There will be a special maintenance for Vanguard server on April 4th, after which players will be redirected to the Stores and downloading the Official Launch version to resume the journey in Vanguard server.
Servers other than Vanguard server will remain in maintenance until the game launches officially. For stability concern, registration for Vanguard server will temporarily close after the April 4th maintenance, until April 12th at 23:59 (GMT+8).
-Does the plan for Vanguard server stay the same with other servers?
The content& event in Vanguard server will stay the same with that in the official launch servers. You may experience the same content& event in Vanguard server when the game launches officially. Some events that are related to account creation will not be open again.
