Effects wearing off?

Hi, I'm currently on my first week of the semaglutide injections, 12 units. I've been doing great on days 1-4, no side effects aside from fatigue, and I definitely noticed the food noise lessen and getting full faster. However, today, on day 5, I felt those benefits slowly disappear and my body reverting to its old self. Does this mean that the effects from the drug are wearing off? If so, is this normal? Will the effects from the drug last the full week as time goes on?
