Testicle lump 3 weeks after surgery.

I had 2 inguinal and an umbilical hernia repair 3 1/2 weeks ago. I have a small lump in my scrotum, it almost feels like a 3rd testicle. I know the swelling and bruising down there is normal, but anybody else have a lump that lasted as long?
