Abandon the game or wait ?

Hi, well, i bought the game 6 days ago on pc, never been able to play. I've passed litteraly 13 hours in total trying to fix it and doint everything i could find EVERYWHERE. Nothing works, Arrowhead support has opened my request 6 days ago but i ain't got no answer..

I wasn't angry, i was super sad and frustrated not being able to play, not being able to join my friends. Now i just feel disrespected by the support. I used to play this game on PS5 but dont have it anymore. It was my way to release stress, my way to finaly feel some good feelings after work. So i hadn't planned on getting it refounded, but after 6 days i wonder if i will ever be able to play.

Does anyone knows if it is planned by the studio to solve this kind of problem in some coming soon update ? Or anyone might have a very recently found solution ? Cause otherwise i might say goodbye to this game, it's hard to be deprived of your "goodfeeling generator" game when you really need one, but i feel it harder to wait for it to be playable and never getting a inch of hope or solution

EDIT : Sorry that's on me, i should have made a precision when i say "never been able to play" it's litteraly, never, the game never launch, nothing never ever happened when i had done the 50/60 things that could have solved it over the 13 hours during those 6 days i was on the problem.

Actualy this post was aiming people who knew the main problem 2 month ago, were aware of all the solutions found and might have find or heard about something very new
