Anyone use caffeine to regulate but it makes you sick?

I've always had issues drinking coffee. Makes me shake, feel like I'm coming down, and most of all very nauseous and paranoid for the rest of the day. I tend to usually chug it, but started sipping on it lately instead and my change in mood, productivity, socialization and energy have dramatically changed.

I still get the negative effects though, even with tea. I know caffeine can help with ADHD symptoms and wondering if anyone can give advice on how to not experience the side effects so harshly? I'm trying to find natural supplements instead of medication that can help me get through my day that have helped other people.
