Problem ejaculating

Hello everyone i’m 27m . I’ve never had any problems ejaculating and i masturbate roughly every few days. Today it happened that i had a hard time keeping my dick hard and it was harder to ejaculate. The cum was liquid (almost watery) at the beginning and then it came out lumpy. Also the feeling with my genital is kind off lessened. In the previews days i had a bit of intestine pain and had been getting probiotics since then. I’ve tried to google it but the results are quite scary and i wish i didn’t do that. I’m getting quite paranoid since i read that it maybe could be some urethral or prosthathic infection taken from the intestine. Any advices?
