Battery Capacity down and draining issue

I bought my Victus 16 in April. Since then, I've had issues with the battery, but I didn't get any good support from HP Support. Then i left it as it is, but recently, when I took a battery report, it showed the battery capacity as 56wh, which its real capacity is 70wh, and I'm also facing a battery drain issue since one month after the purchase which is during the shutdown state (4–6% per day), and also a sudden 4% drain when it's turned on. Guide me guys :(
