What can I do ? Problem with exes about HPV

I (M27) gave HPV to 2 of my ex girlfriends. They said that there doctor Saif they have the HPV 16 so the one who can give you cancer. I'm close to depression for them and, I can't do shit and also, I'm at my lowest point because: it's clear that I have HPV and the cancer version so what's even the point to sleep with other women knowing that I can give her this death virus ? What can I do ? The doctor said that my virus is sleeping inside of me and there is nothing I can do to get rid of it. Please help
