Always booked

My Hotworx only has 4 ISO saunas and 3 HIIT saunas and over 600 members. I was drawn in because the owner said it would be easy for me to book alone in the sauna. For the last 6 months I cannot get anything except midday or after 9/overnight and even then people will book with me. And that’s fine I know I can’t always book alone but I also am fully not comfortable with 3 people in the sauna, it’s too many people in too small of a space, I feel claustrophobic.

Hotworx is the first and only gym I’ve ever loved but I cannot seem to get a spot in my gym at a reasonable time where even just two of us are in there. For context like I said my gym last I knew had over 600 members and only 7 total saunas. I feel like they really need to be a larger location to be having that many members. The other locations I’ve seen with this number of members seemingly have twice the number of saunas. Most of my friends and family I encouraged to sign up with me are now leaving because of the same reasons. I don’t want to leave though, I’m hoping to find a solution.

Does anyone else have this experience? Is it only going to continue? I don’t have any option of switching home locations without increasing the cost of my monthly membership cost is that correct?
