Hey y’all! I’m new to hotworx (about 2 weeks in) and I was wondering when you started to notice a change on the scale? I’ve noticed my body is getting more toned but the scale remains the same. Also do you do the workout class on the TV or just pull up a YouTube video? I’m been doing YouTube videos because I started a 30 day challenge and want to finish 😂 TIA 🫶🏼
