Need someone to chat

I was scrolling on Instagram and I notice I good looking dude. Instantly my body starts to feel uncomfortable and I get false arousal. I have no desire to do anything with a dude but the false arousal kills me and discourages me. I’m supposed to hang out with girl tonight but now I’m just turned off and am depressed.
