White jelly in stool

I’ve been having loose stools every morning for the past month and it’s turned into full on diarrhea over the past week. No other symptoms but I started taking probiotics yesterday to try and help my GI tract and then last night this white jelly string came out. It looks like a string of mucous but I’m not sure. Any idea what it is or what could be going on with my GI?
