Where to enjoy the race

Hello all, some friends and myself are looking to enjoy the race this year. We have the flights and stay sorted, but we are quite confused when it comes to tickets for the race. We would like to enjoy food and beverage during the race without spending $4,000 for a VIP package. Are there any restaurants or something similar that we can go to and watch the race? Obviously don’t mind spending some cash, but $4,000 is a bit much for one day. Thanks!
