How would you style this shirt?

Hi! I bought this shirt second hand from depop and I want to wear it for a goth event this weekend- but I’m not sure how to style it 😭 the event is more formal- I’m thinking a long skirt and corset but I kinda wanna show off the high rise on the hips. Any advice is appreciated! (Picture not of me)
