wired backhaul issue.

So I have my main google nest wifi pro router upstairs and have run an ethernet all the way to the basement where there is just a small unmanaged switch. I have one of the ports going to a wifi point as a wired one but it says in the setting that it is wireless still. Am I missing something? I have factory reset the point and tried different Ethernet cables. The other items on the other 2 ports are working flawlessly. (Xbox, and tv)

Any help would be amazing.

It says it has a great connection most of the time but sometimes says good.
