2018 R Release EPB for Brakes

Hey everyone. I'm trying to change the rear brakes and rotors on my 2018 R, but I cannot release the EPB. I have two diagnostic tools that either do not have the capability to release the EPB or the software does not have the option. Software I have tried thus far; torque (no option), MaxiAp Diag (no option), Autel MaxiAP200 (not compatible with my MaxiAP2500E). I'm at my wits end here as I have spent more time trying to figure out how to release the EPB than it would take to do the brakes and rotors.

Does anyone have a recommendation on an OBDII tool and/or software that will allow me to get this job done? Thanks.
