Is this the definition of being stuck?

Been trying to work on getting more shallow and swinging from the inside swing has gotten to this point where it feels like I’m really dropping my hands but now they are way behind. My driver swing was a pretty consistent fade before now it is absolutely broken. Any help would be appreciated.
