Driver help please!

So this is one of my better ones, but I tend to either miss my drives by pushing them right, or they will hook left.

Any tips at all would be amazing. My driver is probably my most inconsistent club. Something also doesn’t look quite right with the swing and I am trying to figure it out. Any tips at all please :)
