As a fellow FACEIT admin I'm reaching out to all the Australians who are looking for a professional platform like FACEIT to comment on this post with any support you may have for this topic.

All across Australia are players desperately searching for a platform to be able to PUG/Scrim on. Something we can go into without having to have the constant worry of griefers/de-rankers/hackers etc.

Australia is neglected from eSports and we don't have fun being the casual type. If Australia had FACEIT as a platform it would be the only PUG service to have a large community backed up with it.

All Australians are asking is for FACEIT to run some test servers and release to the public so you can see the potential growth within Australia. If it then does not receive the feedback you expected then you can simply take down the few test servers.
