Faceit AC driver block..

After I open AC and i rick click in my "Hidden Icons" tray, there are three options
1. Disable Driver
2. Exit
3. Blocked Driver

I've never seen this before and I wonder if it has to do with my computer crashing when on Faceit.

When I click the "Blocked Driver" tab, this is what it says verbatum.

FACEIT AC is blocking the following driver from loading: \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\drivers\iqvsw64e.sys

Does anyone have any idea what this is or if it significantly impacts anything??
