Anyone ever have allergy issues from a Gin?

I'm from the northwoods of MN and I have well above average allergies. Mostly flowers pollens etc. My allergies are and have been well controlled for 25 years.

I recently started drinking at 32 and I am currently on a Gin kick. I don't have a large sample size, so far I have 4 different ones.

My most recent purchase was from Vikre distillery. It was their Boreal Juniper Gin. They distill out of Duluth MN and state on their website:

BOREAL JUNIPER GIN A fresh interpretation of a traditional London dry gin. Strong juniper notes backed up by coriander, citrus, rhubarb, and a light spicy kick from pink peppercorns"

Then it say

Our gins feature a combination of foraged wild botanicals and traditional gin botanicals.

I have had a Gin & Tonic with this Gin on 3 different nights where I was experiencing zero allergy symptoms. The first one was great and i finished ot off rather quickly. I noticed I was sneezing and was very congested shortly after. Then the next time it happened agaon bit thos time before the drink was gone as i was gamong at the same time so it went down slower. Now tonight was the night that I decided to test if it was the Gin. I made one up and took a big drink (a few sips in one go not like a whole glass). Very shortly after I felt it in my throat and nose. Then after some time I sneezed a good 6+ times in about 2 minutes. Even still a few hours later my nose isn't where it was at prior to the drink.

I'm guessing that the wild forged botanicals have something in them pollen wise that I am allergic to and thus having a reaction to.

Anyone experience the same or have any ideas? None of my other Gons do this including one made in the lake of the woods in MN, (the chimney in the top center of the state).

TLDR: i have allergies. gin made locally of wild harvested botanicals. I have allergy reaction shortly after drinking said gin. I think I'm allergic to am ingredient in the gin.
