Got to reading last night and there apparently is a slight correlation between GD and anterior placenta? Any insights or info?

I had an anterior placenta and GD diagnosis with my first. My placenta is posterior this time and I’m curious what (if they exist) the statistics are on whether I might not have the diagnosis this time.

Not that it matters, GD diagnoses are out of our control. Just for fun/speculation/curiosity! I’m only 13 weeks and my doctor doesn’t want to test me (but I’m on the diet) until 24-28 weeks in case we miss it. I’m doing everything I can to avoid another csection this birth (my first was a great experience but I want many children and multiple cesareans might stop me short).

Edit: it’s interesting hearing everyone else’s experiences!
