~somewhat~ successfully created one of my cravings but GD friendly!
Before the GD diagnosis I loved a Culver’s concrete mixer with strawberries and dark chocolate chunks. Anything chocolate covered strawberry was my all time favorite craving. Tonight, my bedtime snack is the Oikos triple zero strawberry yogurt (15g of protein) with a couple dark chocolate chunks. It’s not bad at all and satisfies my sweet tooth. It’ll never be the same BUT I’m interested to see how my numbers look in the morning. I’ll update!
