Anyone else feel like the Cryo Regisvine suddenly became more resistant to elements (Pyro especially)?

I went against the Cryo Regisvine with both my Arlecchino (C0R1) and Hu Tao (C1R1), using the same teams I always do (Furina C0R0, Ganyu C0R1, Charlotte C1 for the pair of them). Both of them against any other boss can easily break 20k, even hitting 100k Crits sometimes. But for some reason, going against the Cryo Regisvine makes them do less Pyro Damage (barely breaking 10k), even my Furina is suffering with her highest damage being a measly 5k Skill Hit. Has anyone else noticed something similar with their characters?

Edit: This is before and after breaking its weak point, after breaking its weak point the damage increases slightly, but nowhere near enough to be their best/average

Edit 2: My world Level is 8, it hasn't changed. This was happening in my friends WL4 world too. I haven't changed builds either, all builds and team comps are the same as I always use
