Capturing radiance count

So I lost my 50/50 to Mavuika banner at 78 pity, then got her at 77 pity. Now I lost my 50/50 again 😢 to Citlali banner at 34 pity. So does that mean after using my guarantee the next character is also a guarantee? You know, the rainbow raidance thingy? 🤔
