PS5 to PC

Hi, so I've been having this problem with my account for a while now, I can't get my account on my PS5 to my PC. Everytime I enter my email, username, and password, it just creates a new accout. I'm not sure if this can even be fixed, but if anyone has any tips or suggestions, please share.
