What are some 4 star alternatives to 5 star characters for f2p players?

As far as it comes to power levels, some team comps require specific characters to function. For example, Nahida is a staple in almost all dendro based reaction comps. As a f2p player, it is extremely difficult to pull and succeed in getting the featured 5 star(about 1 every 2-3 patches).

So I was wondering whether there were any 4 star alternatives to 5 star characters.
I am basing this post on the following criteria:
1) a 4 star alternative can be of any constellation, but the 5 star has to be c0(can be any c'x' but c0 wud be the idealistic version for f2p)
2) the 4 star alternative doesn't necessarily have to be the same element, but should be able to fill the same niche as the 5 star
