Notifications on Venu 3 - how to turn off only specific apps (iPhone user)?

I just got a Venu 3, and everything is perfect except for one thing: I want to get only specific app notifications on my watch, like WhatsApp and my emails. I don’t need any other notifications like Instagram oder BeReal or whatever, but I can’t find out if there’s a way to do that? Somehow it either lets me turn on all notifications or none from my phone. Is that just how it is or is there a way I‘m not seeing?

I have an iPhone 15 by the way - maybe there’s also a difference between Android and iPhone.

If anyone knows a solution, I‘d be happy about the help :)
