Rog Strix slow boot up time

This laptop is around 4 months old and I recently took it to service for cleaning up and checking the fans. And when I brought it home I realized that the start became a bit slower than before and also the mouse sensitivity got also slower for some reasons. Is this a common issue? The operator also told me that she did a couple of updates to the system but I did not ask what exactly. Maybe it's been slow all this time and I'm only realizing it now. I'm curious if you have the same problem or is just common by Asus devices.
