So apparently, when I spoke to a Customer over the phone. They thought they could trade a One S for a PS4. When clearly I was referring to the fact their trade in value… Was going to be used toward the PS4. No one walks away with a PS4 for 90$ unless you go on Ebay. Might I add they wasted 15 minutes of my time filling out the trade forum and testing the console to make sure everything was alright. As soon as I presented the value and scanned the SKU. I finished Telling them the remaining price of the price of the PS4 to be informed they were under the impression they just got the console. Then declined the cash and walked on out the store….
