New Hire

Does anyone have any advice for new hires? (Ik a lot of women have problems with the staff but from what i can tell i got very lucky with the coworkers and a no bs woman manager so i’m not really worried about that and i’ve been in customer service for a few years)I’m kinda nervous about getting scammed and i’ve never worked retail so just looking for any tips!<3
