Chrome "Add webpage to home screen" Missing

I bought an S23 Ultra in Mar. Last friday, dropped it and shattered the screen. Bestbuy sent me another yesterday. I cant get any shortcuts to web pages on my home screen.

On my cracked scree phone, I open chrome, pull up a webpage, click 3 dots, Towards the bottom, I have a menu of five items, "Share", "Find in Page" , "Translate" , "Add to Home Screen" and "Desktop Site"

On my new S23 Ultra, the "Add Webpage To Home is missing. I upgraded chrome through the playstore and both version are the same. Any idea what I have to do to get the Add Webpage to Home item?
