Eberhard is the GTA 6 Merryweather
I am extremely confident that Eberhard (from the recent DLC's) is the new Merryweather/private security company.
Merryweather was the private security of GTA 5. With them losing government contracts and the privilege to operate within the United States after the SA Mercenaries DLC, we need a new non-government paramilitary organization to antagonize.
I am almost certain Eberhard Munitions is that replacement for GTA 6. They were introduced last second on the GTA 5 lifeline in Agents of Sabotage and most prevalently in Oscar Guzman Flies Again.
I believe the introduction was to give us a soft launch/introduction to Eberhard and their capabilities, they produce and distribute high grade military weapons and own their own private security division. This is perfect for a new antagonist corporation in GTA 6.
In conclusion there is absolutely no chance Rockstar made up a company last second for a few last minute GTA 5 DLC's. This is most likely a soft introduction to a new GTA 6 antagonist we will encounter in 6. They will most likely take the place of Merryweather as the new private security and munitions manufacturer we will encounter and rob.
