Diamond casino heist scope out bug

I’ve tried searching for this but all the posts I find seem to be from years ago.

For the diamond casino heist I only have the main entrance and side doors scoped out. I’ve started the mission again drove to the casino and it doesn’t let me scope out anymore points, when I take photos of the areas there’s no option to send to lester (tried different angles and positions)

Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it? I want to do all the set ups to make it easy as possible
