Best way to link two gmails?

Hi everyone,

Apologize if this has been answered. My father owns a trucking company and we have a parent email (Email A) and we recently hired dispatchers and made their own email (Email B) because we do not want them to access the main parent email.

What is the best way to link the email accounts so whenever the parent email gets an email, it will also show up in the dispatchers email as well.

Essentially need to set it up so Email B can never access the google drive or gmail of Email A --> but any email that comes to Email A should also show up in Email B
