95 K1500 Brake Light Issues

1995 Chevy K1500 5.7 - Currently rebuilding after my truck was stolen at the beginning of the year, but I have been plagued by brake light issues while trying to get it road ready again. When the brake pedal is pressed 5-60%, all brake lights light up as expected. After passing ~60% of the pedal stroke, the brake lights shut off again.

I've replaced the brake switch twice with the exact same results, as well as the turn selector switch also twice due to one getting shorted out by bad LEDs

Anyone else encountered this or have suggestions?
