Breathing issues and Tight throat due to Acid Reflux

Has anyone else experienced extreme throat tightness/pressure (narrowing of the throat airway) tongue swelling and difficulty getting a full breath due to GERD? Also, my sleep has been incredibly disrupted...like waking up constantly and have heart pounding and palpitations ..never feel like I'm getting deep sleep.
