support problems on an order

I am writing to tell my experience with the g2a website. I bought a product that I immediately made a dispute with via PayPal, this was on December 5, 2024. On December 30, 2024, the dispute was closed and won by the seller, only that since then I still have not received my product (which I paid for, since I lost the dispute), and contacting support since December 30, I have not had any response yet... I tried to write to g2a on other platforms as well but it sends me an automatic message where it always tells me that I have to contact support. The fact is that support does not respond to me. The seller of the product says that he cannot do anything yet because the order is "pending" and therefore g2a should take action, which is not doing anything...
