project sketch to another side of leg

Hi all,

I have looked around but have noter found what I am looking for. I have created a square leg for a piece of furniture as a component and extruded it. I then selected a surface of the leg and created a sketch representing the joinery. I now want to copy? project? the same sketch on a different face (90 degrees) of the same body. I am sure there is an easy way to do this
