Great customer service from Function Health - Weekend scheduling mix-up solved in minutes
Just wanted to share a positive experience with Function Health. I recently scheduled and paid for some blood work for my dad. When we arrived at the lab on Saturday for his appointment, there was some kind of mix-up and they wouldn't let him get his blood drawn.
Instead of having to wait until Monday and deal with phone calls, I just reached out through their app. To my surprise, they fixed the issue within 20 minutes! We were able to get his blood work done the same day.
Really impressed with how quickly they resolved this. It's refreshing to find a healthcare company with such responsive customer service, especially on a weekend. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is considering using them.
