Ovantica.com Refusing to Cancel My ₹25,000 Order

I recently ordered a Sony Xperia 1 III from Ovantica.com on February 3, 2025, and paid ₹25,000 via credit card. However, I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order before it was shipped.

Since this morning, I’ve been calling their customer support, but they keep refusing to cancel, saying it's against their policy. I checked their website, but they don’t seem to have a clear refund/cancellation policy for such cases.

Aaj maine bank mein phone kiya tha. Unhone bola ki yeh transaction aapki consent se hua hai, isliye yeh chargeback ke scenario mein nahi aayega. Ovantica bank ko reply karega, "Humne service di thi," lekin maine toh nahi li thi. Customer representative yeh bhi keh rahe the ki unke yahan aise bahut saare cases aate hain aur aap kuch nahi kar paoge, kyunki yeh ek badi company hai. Maine unse poocha ki ab mujhe kya karna chahiye—product receive karun ya nahi? Unhone bola, "Receive kar lijiye.
