Red Eye Help

Has anybody seen anything like this? Wondering if it looks like just your average broken vessels that will heal on their own or if it could potentially be something more serious. I just noticed it this morning and it doesn’t appear to be bothering him at all. Trying to see if I need to take him to the vet sooner or if it’s something that will heal by itself
