How does getting funded work, in your experience?

I have shown that I can consistently make a minimum of 5% profit on my trading account as a retail trader. I was wondering if anyone could explain getting funded with this in mind...

I use OANDA to trade btw, so my concern is:

1. Is that too little of a profit %?

2. What is the profit sharing like?

3. How negative am i allowed to go?? (I allow myself 30% on whole account just for safety)
