24 Lariat or 25 XLT?

Local ford dealers have markdowns on the 24s but not on the 25s obviously, so it’s a similar price. If you had to pick, would you rather have a 24 lariat or a 25 XLT? Seems like leather and a smaller screen or fabric and a bigger screen? Any other differences?
