one of the better dishes ive had while traveling is restaurant kin kin’s chili pan mee (kuala lumpur). the dish contains noodles, minced pork, anchovies, chili paste and a poached egg. it’s simple but famously incredible. are there recommendations for something similar in socal? thanks all, love this subreddit
